Machined parts production

We produce machined parts on either CNC or conventional machines. The typical products are various stainless steel threaded bushings for exhaust systems, bending pins, flanges etc., all based on the requirements of the customer.

For this purpose we use these CNC machining centres:

• Hermle C40V with 1060 x 700 x 500 mm table
• TOS Kurim FS 100 CNC with 3000 x 1000 x 950 mm
• HURCO VMX 42 with 1060 x 610 x 610 mm
• MCV 1000 Speed with 1016 x 610 x 720 mm
• Horizontal Twin-Pallete Machining Center MH500+

Turning operations are made on CNC lathe Hyundai KIA TURN 100 with 3m bar feeder system.
