The technical tasks, design and design modifications are done by design and development department in compliance with the client requirements. Once a proposal to concrete technical solution is agreed, design process starts. For these purpose KV Final manages its own design and development capacities. Design of stamping tools and components is carried out by CAD systems like CATIA V5, Solidworks, or Keycreator.

The Development stage is completed in compliance with strict production process. Based on technical drawings our experienced engineers work with 3D models and define the most effective procedures owing to which product quality is ensured. Inevitably, tight cooperation between experienced toolmakers and designes is always required in the phase of putting the tools into operation.
