STAMPED PARTS PRODUCTION

We manufacture metal parts from black, zinc coated, stainless and other metal sheets in thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm. Our production is focused on complex and intricate stamped parts and presses are equipped with CNC feeders to ensure accurate and timing belt feed.

Emphasis on quality

KV Final applies automatic hundred-per-cent or batched control of output parts during the large-scale production. To ensure strict accuracy and quality our company uses sensors, optical or camera systems and tools wear protection due to which large scale stamped parts production is considerably more effective. As a result manufacture of spoilage or undesirable inaccuracies is avoided.

Stamped parts are checked on 3D measuring machines or via control tools of our own design directly during the stamping process. Moreover, tight cooperation between our stamping shop and tool shop allows us to maintain high standards and to almost immediately respond to problems that arise.
