MANUFACTURING OF STAMPING TOOLS

KV Final mainly manufactures forming tools, progressive dies, transfer dies, cutting tools for manual or automatic setting or molds for large plastic parts.

Our company places high emphasis on optimization during the stamping tools production process. For these purposes, CNC machines, 3D laser cutting and plasma cutting are being used. Machinery includes equipment such as wire erosion cutting machines - Fanuc, Hitachi and Mitsubishi, and conventional machine tools.

Stamping tools are designed to allow easy maintenance and appropriate modification when needed both as a whole and a part. We also provide production of standardized tools based on specific requirements.

KV Final integrates multiple technologies in one product and brings innovative elements directly to progressive dies - in particular integrated welding, metal joining (toxing), screwing, integrated assembly on Lisa and 100% control in the tool.

Forming tools

Required forming tools are manufactured on the basis of suitable technology selection by our experts to meet clients specifics needs.

Progressive tools

Progressive tools are designed and manufactured with almost 20 years of experience. Progressive tools include all the cutting and forming steps, as well as many modern peripheries – threadforming, in-die camera and sensor protection, scrap removal system etc.

Transfer tools

Transfer tools are designed with emphasis on part cost optimisation – minimising the scrap rate and enabling easier and quicker maintanance on the tools.

Prototype control jigs

To achieve desired results KV Final uses prototype tools and control tools. This allows us to test final design, shape, or product features. Prototype tools thus often precedes serial tools.

Production of forming tools, transfer tools and stamping tools is properly controlled during all manufacturing processess. This ensures that undesirable outcomes are avoided.
